With the goal of accentuating the brand’s dedication to creating a customer experience that goes above and beyond conventional expectations, our mission for the Mattress Firm app was to create an effortlessly efficient design, for the purpose of streamlining the Mattress Firm sales experience. The application was designed uniquely for internal use and enables sales representatives to seamlessly personalize customer experiences — effectively bringing the future of sleep directly to customers, at both retail stores and industry trade shows.
